Claire’s expertise is underpinned by a career in leading HR operations teams and delivering services related to performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, remuneration, capability development, change management, diversity and inclusion. She is a Certified Professional Member (CAHRI) of the Australian Human Resources Institute, with a Level One Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL).
