Adam’s particular focus is on Workplace investigations, collaborating with Senior Leaders to create safe and respectful workplaces. He is experienced in managing complex ER matters including grievances, workplace complaints (bullying, sexual harassment), performance management and terminations.
Adam has a strong background in managing technical workplace matters such as Enterprise Agreements , deeds, redundancies, fitness for work, Employer advocacy at both the NSWIRC and FWC, and guiding businesses through managing underpayment claims.
