About The Program

Our Tailored Workplace Incivility Training empowers employees to recognise and respond to undesirable behaviours to help build a healthier, more respectful and psychologically safe workplace – for everyone.

A respectful workplace doesn’t just happen, it’s cultivated through awareness, accountability, and everyday interactions. While workplace incivility can seem subtle – an ignored greeting, a sarcastic remark, being left out of conversations – its impact is anything but minor. Over time, these behaviours can harm team morale, increase stress, and create a toxic work environment that hinders collaboration and success.

This training is designed to raise awareness of uncivil behaviour, highlight its effects on individuals and the broader organisation, and empower team members to play an active role in creating a positive workplace culture.
