Designed to reinforce your overall learning strategy to activitely mitigate psychosocial risk in the workplace, focused on how to report psychosocial hazards and support colleagues who may be impacted.
The learning content will be customised to reflect each client’s internal policies and procedures. Generally, the focused learning areas are:
– Identify workplace psychosocial hazards and how they arise;
– Describe how psychosocial hazards impact teams and individuals;
– Recognise Leidos expectations regarding psychosocial hazard identification and reporting; and
– Access reporting pathways and support when psychosocial hazards emerge
