About The Program

Our Conflict Management Masterclass is designed to provide People Leaders with practical tools and strategies to recognise the early signs of conflict, step in constructively, and resolve issues in a way that preserves relationships and strengthens team cohesion.

This masterclass is tailored to align with each client’s internal policies, organisational culture, and workforce needs – ensuring relevant,  real-world application. Drawing on models such as SCARF and the Circle of Conflict, participants explore the drivers of conflict, responding effectively, and adapting their approach to different personalities and scenarios. Delivered interactively, participants practise techniques and build confidence in applying them back on the job.
