Andy is an experienced Employee Relations and Human Resources leader, with demonstrated experience in influencing senior leaders to instil and embed a culture of performance and integrity.
Andy’s has experience in working with large and small private enterprises, government bodies, and Not for Profit organisations. Andy’s particular focus is on Employee Relations and Workplace investigations. During her career, Andy has successfully led organisations across all aspects of the employee relations lifecycle, delivering outcomes in disputes and industrial action; performance management; workplace investigations; capability development; change management, and complex case management.
