Loretta Romeo

Loretta is a proud descendent of the Kaurna, Narungga and Ramindjeri people within South Australia, with extensive experience supporting organisations and individuals through complex and sensitive workplace matters including conflict, performance, behavioural issues, cultural safety and organisational change. Loretta is commericially astute and solutions-focused, while bringing deep cultural authority to her advisory capability.

Loretta’s ER capability is extensive and spans highly regulated, unionised and complex environments with experience as a senior People & Culture leader across government, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Loretta is also deeply experienced in supporting First Nations employees, leaders and communities. She has chaired Reconciliation Action Plan groups, led cultural capability programs, established First Nations networks, and delivered strategies that uplift cultural safety and self-determination.
